Website Terms
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms cover this website, jordandigitalgroup.com. They’re short, because a website doesn’t need a long contract.
They are not the agreement for paid work. If you hire us for the AI Shop Assessment, that runs on a separate written agreement we both sign. If you buy a website from us, it runs on our Website Build and Care Terms, which you agree to at checkout. If anything on this site disagrees with that agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
Read it, print it, send the link to anyone you like.
What we’d ask you not to do: try to break the site or get into parts of it that aren’t public, scrape it or copy it wholesale, or use the contact form to send us anything unlawful or abusive.
The words, images, logo, and the Jordan Digital Group name on this site are ours. Names and logos belonging to other companies belong to them.
Nothing here is advice
This site explains what we do. It isn’t a recommendation for your business, because we haven’t looked at your business yet. That’s what the assessment is for.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or investment advice. We’re not attorneys or accountants. If something we describe has a legal or tax angle, take it to someone licensed for that.
We try to keep the site accurate and current, and we don’t promise it’s free of errors. Software prices and features change constantly, so check any price with the company that sells the tool before you buy.
NO WARRANTIES FOR THE SITE. The site is provided as is. We don’t promise it will always be available, that it will be error free, or that it will meet any particular need. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ABOUT THIS SITE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This paragraph is about the website. It does not touch the guarantee in a signed assessment agreement.
Our guarantee, in short
The AI Shop Assessment carries a money-back guarantee: your report has to show at least as much value found a month as the assessment cost, or you get your fee back. You keep the report either way.
What you read on this site is a summary. The full terms live in the assessment agreement you sign, and that document is the one that governs whether a refund is owed. It spells out how the number is measured, how you can correct figures that describe your business, what voids the guarantee, and how to claim it.
Ask us for a copy of the agreement before you pay and we’ll send it. We’d rather you read it first.
The guarantee applies to a paid assessment under a signed agreement. It doesn’t apply to a free conversation, a free mini-audit, or anything we build for you. Anything we build has its own fixed price and its own written agreement.
Sending the form doesn’t hire us
Filling out the contact form starts a conversation. It isn’t an order, and it doesn’t put either of us on the hook for anything.
Work starts when the agreement for that work is in place, signed or agreed to at checkout, and the first payment has cleared. Not before.
Links to other companies
We link to software and to other businesses. We don’t own or control any of them, and we’re not responsible for their sites, their products, or their terms. If we ever get paid by a company we recommend, we say so right next to the recommendation.
The most we can owe you for this site
LIMIT ON DAMAGES. If you have a claim against us arising out of this website or anything you read on it, our total liability is one hundred dollars. We aren’t liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss, even if we were told it might happen.
This paragraph is about the website only. It does not limit anything owed under a signed assessment agreement or our Website Build and Care Terms, and it doesn’t cover fraud or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Privacy
What we collect and what we do with it is on our Privacy Policy page, including a note about how we record assessment calls.
Alabama law
Alabama law governs these terms, without regard to which state’s rules would otherwise be picked.
Any lawsuit about this website goes in the state or federal courts serving St. Clair County, Alabama, and we both agree those courts can hear it.
If one part of these terms turns out not to hold, the rest still stands. If we don’t enforce something right away, we can still enforce it later.
Changes
We can update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Using the site after that means the updated version applies to you.
