You’re only out the fee if we didn’t do the job.
If your report doesn't meet the guarantee in your signed agreement, you get the fee back in full and you keep the report.
It comes with the paid assessment, under the agreement you sign before we start. We send you a copy before you pay. This page is a summary. The signed agreement is what governs.
We promise what the report will say: a minimum amount of value we found in your business, worked out from your own numbers. We don’t promise you’ll save that much or earn that much. What you do with the report is up to you, and you don’t have to do anything with it for the guarantee to hold.
Two kinds of value, on one line of the report: hours we find that you can get back, priced at what your time is worth, and work you’re losing today, priced at what those jobs are worth to you. We use your figures, not industry averages.
On the review call you can correct any number that came from you. We use the corrected total.
No dispute. No fine print.
How to claim it
Email us within 14 days after your review call and tell us which figures you disagree with. We refund the full fee within 5 business days. We absorb the payment processing fee, so you get every dollar back. If we still disagree 10 business days after your claim, we refund you anyway, unless one of the two things below applies, and we’ll tell you in writing inside those same 10 days.
We won’t make you ask
If the report comes in under the line, we tell you on the review call and offer the refund ourselves. You keep the report either way.
What voids it
Two things, and nothing else: telling us something you know is false, or holding back software you pay for or people you employ (rough guesses are fine), and skipping the discovery call or the review call after we’ve offered you at least two dates for each.
What isn’t covered
Building the tools. Implementation is a separate project with its own quote. The guarantee covers the assessment.
