The short version
We collect what you type into our contact form, and that’s about it. We use it to reply to you. We don’t sell it, we don’t run ads, and we don’t share it with anyone who isn’t helping us run the business.

Who we are
Jordan Digital Group LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Jordan Digital Group. “You” means you, or the business you run.
Two people work here, Skyler and Jacob. Both of us see what comes in.
What we collect on this website
When you fill out the contact form, we collect what you put in it: your name, your business name, your email address, your trade, how many people are on your crew, how you heard about us, the best time to call, what you’d like help with, and anything you write in the message box. The phone number is optional. You can leave it blank.
The message box is free text, so please keep it to how your business runs. Don’t put customer names, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment details in it. We don’t need any of that, and a contact form is the wrong place for it.
When you just read the site, our host and our analytics record the ordinary technical details every website sees: the pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of browser you used. More on both below.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply within one business day. If it turns into a conversation about an assessment or a website, we keep your note so we know what you told us the first time.
We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. We don’t run ads, and we don’t let anyone else advertise to you based on your visit here.
Where your information goes
We use a few outside services to run the business. Each one gets only what it needs.
Netlify hosts this website and stores the contact form submissions. Your form goes to them first, and we read it there.
Email. Every submission also arrives by email to Skyler and Jacob through our Google Workspace account, so it sits in our business email as well.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not set tracking cookies and does not follow you from site to site. It tells us how many people read a page and roughly where they came from. It does not tell us who you are.
Stripe, if you become a client. Invoices and checkout pages go through Stripe. Your card or bank details go to Stripe directly, not to us. We never see or store the full numbers.
These companies handle this information for us, under their own privacy policies. We don’t give your information to anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we’re required to hand it over by law.
Cookies
We don’t use cookies to track you, and there’s no advertising cookie on this site. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner.
Our host may set something your browser needs in order to load the site or to block abuse. That’s it.
Recording our calls
This part is about the assessment, not the website, but it belongs in the same place as everything else we do with your information.
We record and transcribe the discovery call and the review call, and we only do it with your agreement. You agree to it in writing when you sign the assessment agreement, and we say it out loud again at the start of each call.
- The recording is how the report gets built. The numbers in it come from what you actually said.
- We keep recordings and transcripts for 24 months, then delete them. Ask us sooner and we’ll delete them sooner.
- We don’t publish them, sell them, or share them outside Jordan Digital Group.
- If someone else joins the call, please let them know it’s being recorded before we start.
- If you’d rather not be recorded, tell us before the discovery call. We can’t build the report without a recording, so there’s no notes only version we can offer. In that case we’ll end the agreement and refund your fee in full. We’d rather hand the money back than talk you into being recorded.
If you buy a website from us, we’d like to record the short kickoff call too, so nothing you tell us gets lost. We say so at the start. A website build doesn’t depend on a recording, so if you’d rather not be recorded, we take notes instead.
Nothing gets recorded before you’ve signed or agreed to our terms. A first conversation about whether this is a fit is just a conversation.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to research and draft your report. That’s the work, so it would be strange not to say so.
What goes into those tools is your call transcript and our notes from it: how your business runs, what eats your time, what software you already pay for. We use business or enterprise settings that keep your information out of model training wherever the tool offers that setting. A person reviews everything before it reaches you.
We don’t put your customers’ names, your employees’ Social Security numbers, your bank details, or any payment information into any AI tool. Please don’t send us those either.
What we learn from an assessment
Every assessment teaches us something: which tools fit a shop that size, what they cost, how long setup took, and what they gave back. We keep that in our own notes so the next report is better. Before anything goes in, we take out your business name, the names of anyone you told us about, and anything else that could point back to you.
How long we keep things
We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the work and for our tax and accounting records.
Ask us to delete something and we’ll do it, except for records we’re required to keep.
What you can ask us for
Email support@jordandigitalgroup.com and ask us to:
- tell you what we have about you
- correct something that’s wrong
- delete what you sent us
- stop emailing you
We’ll do it, and we won’t make you explain why.
Children
This site is for business owners. We don’t aim any of it at children and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we’ll say so on the page rather than hoping you notice the date.
